Thanks to the total of 27 MultiBase 2042 systems, which were installed in the basement underground car park, the residents there now have twice as many parking spaces available.

Independent parking with maximum space utilisation – there could hardly be a more accurate description of the parking system used here. By means of ingenious technology, the platforms automatically tilt when they go up or down. This means that the MultiBase 2042 can be used where there is not enough space for systems with horizontal platforms due to the structural conditions.

Nevertheless, the freedom of independent parking can be guaranteed. This means that both platforms can be used independently of each other. In the opposite case, a parking system without a pit, the lower parking space always has to be unoccupied in order to gain access to the upper parking space (dependent parking).
