Two vehicles with a total height of 304 cm parked safe and miraculously spacious at an available ceiling height of only 295 cm? Not possible? Of course it is possible! We can do it with our space-saving miracle, the MultiBase 2042, which makes ideal use of the vehicle contour and is perfect for installation in garages with a low ceiling height and pit depth.

In the new advita Haus in Bautzen, Am Burglehn, you can now park in a space-saving and particularly quiet way. The advita Haus offers apartments in assisted living as well as care and residential communities for people with dementia and day care. Therefore the increased noise protection was a very special requirement for this project.
