KLAUS Multiparking – Between the Spree and Alexanderplatz

The "VoltAir" is a real eye-catcher in Berlin Centre, both inside and out. No wonder - it comes from the pen of an internationally award-winning architecture team. A total of 30,000 square metres of office, restaurant and retail space make the building complex a sought-after address. The open loft ambience is a great place to work and unwind.

In keeping with this spirit, parking is also provided here. The usual concrete grey of an underground car park has given way to an invigorating green, which literally puts the parking systems installed there in a different light. With them, a respectable 56 parking spaces are available. Thanks to the innovative mode of operation of the TrendVario 6100 type used, which can move the parking platforms both sideways and in depth, parking density is especially high. Compared to the parkers, the systems of the TrendVario range do without vertical support elements which makes the parking spaces particularly spacious and easily accessible.

Another plus in this series are the electric sliding gates which offer protection against theft and vandalism. The infill panels of the gates are very varied: while wire mesh was chosen for the "VoltAir" property, KLAUS Multiparking offers a total of around 50 individual variants in different materials and colours, including glass, steel and wood.
