KLAUS Multiparking - Efficient carport vehicle storage

In keeping with the surrounding greenery, the timber-clad annexe adds a homey touch to the residential building and paved courtyard. The carport looks more like a shed without immediately suggesting you can park inside it. With the installed parking systems, the number of parking spaces was increased from three to five.

The developer could certainly have opted for the slightly cheaper parking option and even allowed for one more parking space. However, independent parking and the accommodation of larger vehicles with the same body height make good arguments for the selected semi-automatic TrendVario 6200+. An additional argument in its favour is the optional increase in platform load capacity to 2.6 tons.

Independent parking – i.e. each vehicle is available at all times even when the systems are fully occupied without having to unpark other vehicles – would only have been possible with pits in this case, which would have significantly increased construction costs.

The installed TrendVario 6200+ systems are equipped with fully integrated KLAUS V-Gates, which did not require the owner to provide any services on the construction side. These vertical gates with aluminium-perforated sheet filling can be conveniently moved from inside the car using the SmartPortable remote control and protect from external forces when closed.
For a better insight into the parking systems, all KLAUS-V gates are open in the reference pictures. In normal operation, these gates are only ever opened individually when a vehicle is parked or unparked.
