The promise in the headline is made a technical reality: Vehicles weighing up to 3 tons can be parked on the 20 parking berths. This is made possible by increasing the regular load capacity of 2000 kg. With a platform width of 260 cm, the spacious dimensions are also generously sized, ensuring comfortable boarding and alighting from the vehicle in the system.

Thanks to the installed parking systems, the parking space capacity was almost doubled in a residential property in Hamburg's Hohenfelde district. Residents can park independently in the underground parking garage’s systems, i.e. a vehicle can be parked and unparked at any time without another vehicle having to vacate its parking space.

The TrendVario 6100 product type used works with regular underground parking garage heights, as the additional platforms are lowered into pits. In addition, the parking spaces on the access level can move sideways, which enables the aforementioned independent parking as well as making parking in the systems even more variable. The electric sliding gates with steel wire mesh, which only open when the vehicle is parked or unparked, prevent unauthorized access. Not only do the gates protect against falling into the pits but also against theft and vandalism.
