TrendVarios can be combined as required

Our capital city now boasts another parking system project, where a total of eight vehicles can be parked in the same area as four conventional parking spaces. In addition, the sophisticated technology makes independent parking possible, i.e. each vehicle can be parked or driven out immediately without another vehicle having to be moved out. In contrast, this would not be possible with the conventional spaces mentioned above.

The reference pictures clearly show that two different types of TrendVario system have been combined here. While the front row of parking spaces is used at ground level and on the upper floor, the rear row can also be used to park in the pit, making it easy to park three vehicles on top of each other. This ability to combine systems makes the work of planners and architects much easier, especially when the spatial conditions are demanding. This is because different ceiling heights or – as shown here in the reference – pits that are not continuous due to ventilation systems or other building infrastructure can often cause problems when it comes to efficiently meeting parking requirements. With its variable product range, KLAUS Multiparking offers numerous solutions, not least because up to four different systems can be linked together.

The e-plug-in mounting columns make it easy to charge parked e-vehicles while idle. This means that the respective wall boxes can be installed on the columns, which are mounted directly on the platforms. This ensures continuous charging, no matter where the occupied platform is currently located in the system.

Building sound insulation was also taken into account when installing the TrendVario systems. The systems are completely sound-decoupled, which largely prevents the transmission of vibrations during operation. This is particularly important if residential and office spaces in the building are directly adjacent to the parking area. Users of the parking systems can also look forward to additional convenience, as the 270 cm-wide parking space leaves plenty of room to get in and out of the vehicles.
