A MasterVario where no one expects it

When the rolling door opens and a vehicle is parked by its owner, passers-by would never guess that this 'garage' isn't a garage at all. It simply serves as a handover point for the vehicle, which is automatically transported by lift into the fully automated parking system below.
Prior to this, safety measures are taken into account: sensors detect the vehicle parked in the cabin, ensuring its dimensions and weight are suitable for the system. Additionally, it checks whether any people remain in the cabin or vehicle.

In the case shown, it is a flat system where all vehicles are arranged side by side and one behind the other; the entire facility with 13 parking spaces requires only the depth of a single basement level. Furthermore, the parking system is completely sound-insulated, meaning that despite all the technology, the MasterVario is barely audible within the building.

As with the handover, vehicle retrieval occurs via the cabin. The owner can conveniently drive out forwards, as the MasterVario has an optional rotating function that automatically positions the vehicle in the driving direction during the parking period.
