For this building, there was a great deal to do. The construction was carried out with an eye to saving resources and sustainability, while the paved property was uncovered and an extensive roof greening was realised. The existing, historic substance of the building also received a thorough renovation taking all aspects of the preservation of historic buildings into consideration.
The parking area was also designed with this in mind. With the decision of the planners and owner for the TrendVario 6200+ system, multiple advantages were achieved: the paved parking surface was significantly reduced – despite the unfavourable shape of the property, the desired parking space capacity could be achieved – the body of the parking building could be kept as flat as possible, as per the specifications.

The residents can now make use of the 11 generous parking spaces in the system. Their height of 2.05 metres guarantees comfortable access to the personal cars. And with a load of 2.6 tonnes, the TrendVarios 6200+ are available to a wide range of vehicles.
Furthermore, all of the parking system spaces can be locked with electric sliding doors, which offer additional protection against outside influences. With the SmartPortable remote control, the gates and systems can be easily controlled from the vehicle. The gates, equipped with perforated aluminium plate filling, are also painted to fit with the overall colour scheme according to historical preservation guidelines.
